As the ultimate DIY bride, I have decided to save an extra $1,000 and make my own wedding cake. Difficult, sure, big task to take on, definitely, a time waster on the wedding day, nah :) So, my best friend ever has stepped up to help with the challenge. Right now, Miss Kacie and I are focused on playing with fondant icing. This is a new experience for both of us but with Kacie's amazing skills, we have gotten off to a great start! We are looking into stars (of course) and icing the entire cake; I think that Kacie has this icing thing down, she's practically a pro!
