New York-ism

If you are waiting on the train, in the sweltering humidity, during rush hour and you find a half empty car...just know there is no A/C in that car and the sweating will continue.

Ugh.

For a week now, the 1 train has been shut down from 181st to Dyckman Street due to debris on the tracks. Because I feel that trash is easily removed and this area is Harlem, I think there was a body found and now that area is a crime scene...this could also be derived from my closed minded view of the big scary world AND one too many CSI episodes :)
